Kyle Earley is an Analyst at Catalyst Investment Partners. Prior to joining Catalyst, Kyle worked in the acquisitions group at H.S. Growth Properties, a Florida- and Philadelphia-based developer focused on converting industrial and retail assets into climate-controlled self-storage facilities. During his time at H.S. Growth Properties, Kyle focused on sourcing and evaluating potential conversion opportunities, while also assisting the company in project-level due diligence and asset management. Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bucknell University.
