Konrad Kozaczuk is a Senior Software Engineer at Catalyst Investment Partners, where he supports the development of technology solutions across the firm’s investment and asset management platforms. Prior to joining Catalyst, Mr. Kozaczuk held engineering roles at EPAM Systems and Waeg Ltd., where he specialized in delivering customized software solutions for clients across the finance, healthcare, and sales sectors. In these roles, he focused on developing scalable applications, optimizing systems for performance, and tailoring platforms to meet complex client needs. Mr. Kozaczuk received a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Lublin University of Technology.
